Focused on Giving Back: A Few of Our Favorite Charities and Non-Profits (Plus a Special Offer)

Here at DasFort one of our main goals is to magnify the impact of giving back. Through special rate photography, and our blog, we hope to shine a brighter light on some of the charitable and non-profit organizations in Fort Wayne.

Recently, one of our last interns did a special four article series on local non-profits featuring: Dare to Dream Youth Ranch, Mental Health America in Allen County, and Community Harvest Food Bank. 

We've covered Creative Women of the World, Respect 360: Tough Talks with Teens, NeighborLink more than once, and been long-time friends of the Fort Wayne Trails. However, blog posts aside, our specialty remains photography.

Over the years we've been honored to cover events, from trail openings, One Billion Rising events (video), to Lendinghand.net, and many more. It's been a pleasure to cover events for the Downtown Improvement District, from zombies to groundhogs.

Last week, SCAN (Stop Child Abuse & Neglect) contacted us about covering one of their annual fundraisers in June, the Weigand Construction Duck Race to Benefit SCAN.

Naturally, we were excited to help, and willing to provide a discount for our services. This reminded us, that we'd like to share this rate to all local charities and non-profits, 50% off our normal rates for event photography.
